Sydney began her health journey studying Ayurveda under Dr. Naina Marbelli in New York City. Ayurveda, translated means science of life, helped Sydney understand the connection between human beings and nature and the importance of living in sync with each other. Ayurveda helped guide Sydney to its homeland of India, where she continued her Ayurvedic studies and became a certified Yoga teacher in Rishikesh, India.

Sydney works alongside Dr. Gina Pritchard of Prevent, as a CIMT (Carotid Intima Media Thickening Test) Ultrasound Technician and health coach.. Her training with Dr. Pritchard, as well as completing the Bale/Doneen preceptorship, has positioned Sydney as a significant coaching partner in the prevention of heart attack, stroke, and diabetes.

All these paths helped Sydney realize that holistic health is her magnificent obsession, and helping people live optimal and sustainable lifestyles is her passion. In this pursuit, Sydney has also graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as a Certified Integrative Health Coach.

In her spare time, Sydney and her father are creating a documentary about the importance of sleep. With Sydney as the protagonist, the documentary explores Eastern and Western medical views on the topic, brings forth new ideas, and provides options to the “gold standard” of sleep care.
